Two Bedroom Home
This spacious home includes a master suite with a king bed, private bath, and access to an enclosed porch. A second bathroom sits across from a guest bedroom with twin-over-full bunk bed for three. The living room's sectional coverts into a full bed for extra guests. Enjoy TV's in every bedroom and the living area, a dining room with extra kitchen seating, and a full kitchen with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, and tableware for the whole family. Linens and towels are provided for up to seven.
Second Floor, One Bedroom Apartment
Cozy one-bedroom apartment with a comfy full bed and beautiful water views. The living room sectional pulls out into a full-size bed for extra guests. The kitchen has everything you need — fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, and tableware for four. TVs are in the bedroom and living area for your downtime. Linens and towels are included for up to four guests. Relax and enjoy the peaceful breeze on the enclosed front porch!
Private Waterfront Docks
Enjoy exclusive boat access to two private docks where you can fish, crab, or simply relax while taking in the stunning waterfront views that Jenkins Creek provides. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful day on the water.
Three Bedroom Home
COMING SOON! This spacious three-bedroom home offers a master suite with a large private bath and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with its own private bath, and a third bathroom across from the guest room. Enjoy an open living and dining area, plus a full kitchen with plenty of room to cook and gather. Relax and take in peaceful views from the enclosed stone patio — perfect for morning coffee or sunset chats.
